Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Towel Dry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect address entry by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygiene nature of grooming and hair care products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@towedry.com to initiate a return.
