Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to your doorstep with the same precision we put into our formulas.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Shipping Rates: * Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Flat rate of $5.00 or Free on orders over $50).

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (Calculated at checkout).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your bathroom mirror.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the [Insert Country, e.g., United States and Canada]. We are working on bringing Towel Dry to the rest of the world soon.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your look. If a product isn’t performing the way you expected, we want to make it right.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Hygiene Standard: Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact support@toweldry.com immediately. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email info@toweldry.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

    2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return address.

    3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
